What is the atmosphere like at Relight?

The atmosphere is casual. Relight meets at the Mooresville Intermediate School off highway 3 in Mooresville. The entrance hallway usually has several informational tables set up along with our Relight Cafe which offers free coffee and snacks to all who attend. Services are held in the gymnasium. Greeters are on hand each week to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

What are the people like at Relight?

The people of Relight are a friendly group who genuinely welcome all who attend. They are people just like you who share many of the same struggles and concerns. Relighter's are supportive without being intrusive or judgemental.

What is Sunday like at Relight?

The Relight Cafe opens Sunday mornings at 9:30 with free coffee and snacks, and an opportunity catch up with friends or make new ones. Services begin at 10:00 am with modern, upbeat music (typically including guitars, drums, and occasionally horns). The message of Jesus is authentically presented in a way that is relevant to your everyday life. The talks are meaningful and uplifting, often with a little humor thrown in.

What does Relight offer for my children?

After the opening songs and announcements, children have the opportunity to attend a special Children's Church with fun videos and other activities to help engage them in learning about the faith.

What should I wear to Relight?

Anything you like. Don't give a second thought to what you're wearing. We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than what you wear. Dress usually ranges from shorts or blue jeans, and t-shirts to casual business attire - all are welcome!
